Configuration Refund

If the purchased configuration is not working correctly or if you bought it by mistake, you can return it.

To do this:

1. Go to your personal account on the website and navigate to the Configurations section, then My Configurations.
2. Click on the Details button for the configuration you want to return, and then click on the Refund button.
3. Write a comment explaining why you want to return the configuration, and click the Submit button.

Once our staff processes the refund request, the amount you paid for the configuration will be returned to your configuration balance.
